Description
Toro Albalá’s Centenario Don PX is a sweet wine made from dried Pedro Ximénez grapes and kept for prolonged static oxidative maturation. It belongs to the winery’s centenary selection, including wines Antonio Sánchez reserved for family occasions during Holy Week. The colour is almost black, with amber highlights and evident density. Coffee, tobacco, liquorice and dark chocolate accompany candied orange, dried figs and raisins. Its silky texture brings together sweetness, acidity and a bitter note on the finish. It can be served alone or alongside strong cheeses and chocolate desserts.
