Description

Toro Albalá’s Don PX Cosecha is a sweet Montilla-Moriles wine made from sun-dried Pedro Ximénez. Grapes are picked in summer and spread out to concentrate their sugars before pressing. The rich juice rests in stainless steel, retaining a direct expression of the dried fruit. Its amber colour has copper highlights, while the nose suggests dried figs, honey and caramel, with a light vegetal nuance. The texture is silky and sweet, supported by moderate acidity and a delicate bitter note. Blue cheeses and desserts made with dried fruit complement its profile.
