Toro Albalá’s Poley Cream 10 Años combines sweet Don PX with aged Oloroso, both made from Pedro Ximénez. Ten years of oxidative maturation define this dark mahogany Montilla-Moriles wine. Its profile brings together honey, caramel and dried plum with orange peel, toasted notes, toffee and spices. The opening is sweet, while freshness and acidity maintain balance and an easy flow across the palate. A rounded texture accompanies its layered aromatic persistence. Served cool, it can accompany pâté, moderately aged cheeses and cheesecake with berries.
