Description
Toro Albalá’s Poley Palo Cortado en Rama 25 Años originates in fino casks that follow a different development, losing their flor veil early. A prolonged oxidative phase then begins, defining this Montilla-Moriles wine. Its amber colour has copper and green highlights; aromas suggest tobacco, wood, pepper, cloves and citrus peel, with nuances of walnut and hazelnut. The palate is dry and broad, with evident acidity and a saline impression. Braised meats, lamb and game accompany its structure and aromatic intensity, matching the character developed through its extended maturation.
