Travaglini’s Il Sogno is a red wine made from 100% Nebbiolo in Gattinara (Piedmont), produced from grapes left to dry for about 100 days. Following an extended aging of roughly four years, it shows concentrated aromas of cherry, blackberry jam, balsamic notes and spice. The palate is structured and smooth, with ripe, enveloping tannins and a long finish.
