Description

The Nebolé 2020 from Travaglini is a dosaggio zero traditional-method sparkling wine produced in Gattinara in Alto Piemonte. Made from Nebbiolo grapes and matured on the lees for an extended period, it shows a fine mousse and a well-defined structure. Aromas of apple, baked bread crust and dried fruit are complemented by a fresh, mineral and sapid palate. It pairs nicely with seafood crudos, grilled fish and poultry dishes.
