Domaine Truchetet Bourgogne Les Clusers is a Pinot Noir from the named parcel, planted in 1999 on clay-limestone soils. Hand harvesting includes selection in the vineyard and on a vibrating table. The grapes are destemmed and undergo cold maceration before fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Malolactic fermentation and maturation take place in barrels, with handling by gravity. The profile includes forest berries and floral notes, while the palate is juicy, rich and structured, supported by the fresh character of the fruit.
