Description

Domaine Truchetet Bourgogne Pinot Blanc comes from the Pré Charron lieu-dit, planted in 1986 on clay-limestone soils. Grapes are harvested by hand and sorted first in the vineyard, then on a vibrating table. After pneumatic pressing and settling, the juice moves into barrels for alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. Handling is by gravity, and maturation does not include lees stirring. The wine shows floral notes, ripe fruit and white peach, combining roundness and freshness in a precise profile that can also be enjoyed young.
