Comarì del Salem is an Extra Brut Franciacorta millesimato made by Uberti from grapes grown in the single “Comarì” vineyard in Salem, Erbusco (BS). The blend is Chardonnay (80%) and Pinot Bianco (20%), with fermentation partly in barrique and partly in stainless steel. After tirage the wine spends over 60 months on the lees; the declared dosage is 3 g/L.
