Uberti’s Dequinque Cuvée 15 Vendemmie is a non-vintage Franciacorta Extra Brut made entirely from Chardonnay. It is a perpetual reserve cuvée assembled from the 2002–2016 harvests, aged on the lees for about 66 months with a dosage of 2 g/L. The fruit comes from vineyards in Erbusco, Adro and Cazzago San Martino; alcohol 13% vol.
