Description

Uberti’s Franciacorta Extra Brut “Quinque” Cuvée 5 Vendemmie is a méthode traditionnelle sparkling wine from Franciacorta (Erbusco) made from 100% Chardonnay. It is a cuvée assembled from five harvests and aged on the lees for more than 80 months, with a declared dosage of 3 g/L. The base fruit comes from vineyards in the communes of Erbusco, Adro and Cazzago San Martino (Loc. Calino); the wine is marketed as non‑vintage.
