Uberti’s Franciacorta Riserva Dosage Zero “Sublimis” (2018) is a vintage Franciacorta made entirely from Chardonnay grapes sourced from the Calino vineyards. It follows the traditional method and spends more than 72 months on the lees before disgorgement; no sugar is added at dosage (dosage zero). The bouquet shows yellow fruit and floral notes with hints of hazelnut and gentle toasty nuances; on the palate it is dry, rounded and finely structured.
