Description

The Franciacorta Satèn “Magnificentia” 2021 from Uberti is a Metodo Classico sparkling wine produced in Erbusco, in the Franciacorta area of Lombardy. It is made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes from selected parcels and is aged for over 40 months on the lees, with a dosage of about 7 g/L. In the glass it shows a pale straw colour and a fine perlage; the nose offers white flowers, stone fruit and subtle bready notes. The palate is creamy, balanced and displays the soft, rounded character typical of Satèn.
