Description

Le Jardin d'Ulysse from Ulysse Collin is an Extra Brut Champagne based on the 2017 vintage, produced in Congy. The cuvée is drawn from a mixed-variety parcel near the winery and is led by Chardonnay with small additions of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Recent editions have undergone extended lees aging (reported at around 72 months). It is presented as a mineral, freshness-driven expression of the Petit Morin coteaux.
