Description

Les Enfers from Ulysse Collin is a Blanc de Blancs (Extra Brut) drawn from the single vineyard of the same name in Congy. The cuvée is based on the 2017 vintage and showcases the local Chardonnay with a taut structure and mineral character supporting white-fleshed fruit aromas. It is released as a single-vineyard expression made in a vigneron style. Suited to those looking for a terroir-driven sparkling wine with distinct identity.
