Description

The Chêne la Butte 2017 from Vadin-Plateau is a Premier Cru Blanc de Blancs Champagne made entirely from Chardonnay from the “Chêne la Butte” plot in Cumières. Vinification was carried out with indigenous yeasts and malolactic fermentation was not completed; the producer also indicates organic viticultural practices. This cuvée is released as Zero Dosage (Brut Nature), with tirage in April 2018, disgorgement in January 2021 and a limited production of about 2,000 bottles.
