Description

Renaissance by Vadin-Plateau is an Extra Brut Blanc de Noirs Champagne from Premier Cru parcels in Cumières, made entirely from Pinot Meunier. The non-vintage cuvée is blended from 2019 (80%) and 2018 (20%); it was tiraged in April 2020 and disgorged in January 2021, with a dosage of 2 g/l. Fermentation was conducted with indigenous yeasts under organic viticulture practices, and the bottling was limited to roughly 15,000 bottles.
