Description

Symbiose Rosé is a Premier Cru Extra Brut Champagne from Vadin‑Plateau, produced in the Vallée de la Marne with fruit sourced mainly from Cumières, Hautvillers and Champillon. The cuvée is assembled from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, with a small addition of the estate’s “Cumières Rouge” (Meunier) to enhance colour and red-fruit aromas. Vinification follows organic viticulture practices and the wine emphasizes freshness and finesse. It is a limited-production, low-dosage cuvée intended to showcase the Premier Cru terroir.
