Description

The Terre Des Moines 2017 from Vadin‑Plateau is a Premier Cru Champagne made from the eponymous parcel in Cumières, vinified solely from Pinot Meunier. It is released as a Brut Nature (zero dosage) and is produced in small quantities by the grower‑producer. The wine shows fruity character with a mineral-driven freshness typical of the Vallée de la Marne. The estate began conversion to more organic viticultural practices beginning in 2017.
