Description

Valentin Leflaive’s Grand Cru Avize Extra Brut is a Blanc de Blancs made exclusively from Chardonnay grown in the Avize Grand Cru of the Côte des Blancs. Aromas of citrus and white flowers are underpinned by a chalky minerality; on the palate it offers freshness, saline tension and a structure that reflects the Avize terroir. This Extra Brut cuvée is presented by the house as a non-vintage assemblage identified by internal codes rather than a single vintage.
