Description

Vallana's Gattinara is a red wine from Alto Piemonte, produced in the municipality of Gattinara. Made entirely from Nebbiolo (locally known as "Spanna") grown on volcanic and glacial soils, it reflects the character of the Gattinara DOCG appellation. In the glass it shows firm structure and pronounced tannins, with ripe red fruit, subtle spice notes and good ageing potential; pairs well with red meats and game.
