Vallone Graticciaia 2020 is a red wine from the Salento IGP made from 100% Negroamaro. The fruit comes from old bush-trained vines and is subjected to a light drying on racks before vinification. Maturation includes roughly 12 months in French oak barriques followed by further ageing in concrete tanks. It shows dark ruby colour with aromas of dried fruit, spice and tertiary notes.
