CV Curriculum Vitae Douro White comes from an old vineyard near Murça, in a mountainous setting away from the Douro River. Cool nights, wind and mild days encourage gradual ripening. Traditional varieties grow together in the same plot, including Rabigato, Samarrinho, Donzelinho Branco, Viosinho and Códega. The must begins fermentation in French oak, and the wine remains on its lees during maturation. Van Zellers & Co.’s cuvée brings together the diversity of these grapes and the characteristics of the vineyard, seeking continuity between freshness, texture and persistence.
