Description

The Grand Bouquet 2018 from Vazart-Coquart is a vintage Blanc de Blancs made entirely from Chardonnay sourced from the Grand Cru village of Chouilly. The cuvée combines fruit from two selected lieux-dits, La Cerisière and Le Mont Aigu; vinification includes partial malolactic fermentation and temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks, with a dosage of 3.5 g/l. The palate displays floral and white-fruit notes with an elegant structure characteristic of the Côte des Blancs. Recommended as an aperitif and for pairing with shellfish, sushi and delicate fish dishes.
