Description

Produced by Vazart-Coquart, Rèserve is a non-vintage Blanc de Blancs Brut made mainly from reserve wines. It comes from Chouilly (Grand Cru) and is vinified to highlight the finesse of Chardonnay with traditional bottle fermentation. The cuvée is assembled using the estate’s perpetual reserve, providing consistency of style, and features a restrained dosage. On the palate it offers a creamy texture, gentle bubbles and aromas of white fruit and pastry.
