The Spécial Club 2016 from Vazart‑Coquart is a vintage Blanc de Blancs produced entirely from the Grand Cru vineyards of Chouilly. It is made from 100% Chardonnay and represents the house’s Special Club cuvée, matured for an extended period on the lees. Vinification includes malolactic fermentation and a very low dosage (1 g/L), with manual disgorgement.
