Description
The Vazart-Coquart Special Club Rosé 2018 is a single-vintage Champagne from the 'Le Revers de Plumecoq' parcel in Chouilly (Grand Cru). It is a rosé de saignée made from 100% Pinot Noir and released as a Spécial Club cuvée, with an Extra Brut dosage of 3 g/l. The wine undergoes extended ageing on lees prior to disgorgement. It works well as an aperitif or paired with food thanks to its structure and freshness.
