Description

Vérité’s Le Désir 2005 is a red wine from Sonoma County, California, produced as a Cabernet Franc–dominant blend with Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and a touch of Malbec. It shows aromas of cassis, spicy licorice and rose petal; the palate is concentrated, elegant and flavorful with black- and red-cherry notes. The finish is long and spicy, supported by refined tannins indicative of the estate’s Bordeaux-inspired style.
