Viberti’s Barolo Riserva Ravera 2015 is a Barolo from the Ravera cru in the Barolo commune, produced from 100% Nebbiolo. The bouquet shows ripe red fruit, sweet spice, balsamic hints and mineral notes; on the palate it is broad, structured, with dense tannins and long persistence. It is aged in wood for roughly 42–46 months and pairs well with red meat, game and mature cheeses.
