Vie di Romans Nuts is a Friuli Isonzo Chardonnay belonging to the I Climat collection. The selection expresses the Gallo family’s work on differences between parcels, within a territory where layered soils and microclimates influence vine development. The project uses uniform cultivation and winemaking practices to make these differences discernible. In the vineyard, attention focuses on the balance of the vine through canopy management and restrained yields. The name recalls the families who historically worked the plots, preserving a trace of the land’s earlier agricultural organisation.
