Description

Dut'Un 2022 from Vie di Romans is a dry white (Venezia Giulia IGT) produced from an equal blend of Chardonnay and Sauvignon grapes grown in the Vie di Romans and Vieris vineyards on the Friuli Isonzo Rive Alte near Mariano del Friuli. The wine undergoes controlled-temperature fermentation and about nine months of aging on the lees, followed by additional bottle aging prior to release. It presents a structured profile with the potential for further cellar development.
