Vietti's Barolo Brunate, from the historic Castiglione Falletto winery, comes from one of La Morra's most important crus, with vines around fifty years old. It ferments for about three weeks on the skins, ages about 30 months mainly in large oak casks and is bottled unfiltered. The 2021 shows cherry, plum, herbs, liquorice and violet.
