Vignai da Duline’s Il Merlot Ronco Pitotti Valori originates in the hillside landscape of the Friuli Colli Orientali. Ronco Pitotti is a vineyard surrounded by woodland, part of the viticultural heritage tended by Lorenzo Mocchiutti and Federica Magrini. Grapes are harvested by hand and sorted in the vineyard and cellar. Natural fermentation takes place in stainless steel, while maturation continues in small, previously used oak barrels before rest in magnum.
