Description

The Puligny‑Montrachet “Vigne Comte de Chapelle Vieilles Vignes” is produced by Jean‑Marie Fourrier as part of his Vigne Comte de Chapelle negociant project and is an expression of Puligny‑Montrachet made from Chardonnay grown on older vines. Winemaking follows Fourrier’s restrained, terroir-driven approach with limited new oak and minimal intervention. The wine typically shows a mineral-driven freshness and lively acidity, with white-fleshed fruit and subtle floral notes characteristic of the appellation.
