Description

Vigne del Malina’s Chardonnay comes from Orzano, a hamlet of Remanzacco, where Guyot-trained vines grow on medium-textured soils dominated by alluvial gravel. The grapes are harvested by hand into crates. In the cellar, maturation in stainless steel is followed by a period of rest in bottle, without malolactic fermentation. Straw yellow in colour, its profile combines floral suggestions and fresh fruit with a delicate touch of vanilla. This white suits pasta and rice dishes, shellfish and fish preparations, including freshwater fish from lakes and rivers, as suggested by the estate.
