Description

Vigne del Malina’s Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso is a single-variety red grown at Orzano, in the municipality of Remanzacco. Its Guyot-trained vines grow on medium-textured soils dominated by gravel of alluvial origin. Harvesting is carried out by hand into crates, and vinification is followed by maturation in wood and bottle. The intense ruby colour introduces a spicy bouquet with suggestions of tobacco. Full and savoury on the palate, the wine is supported by powerful tannins. The estate recommends serving it with red meats, with a particular preference for game dishes.
