Description

Vigne del Malina’s Sauvignon comes from Orzano di Remanzacco, where Guyot-trained vineyards grow on medium-textured soils rich in alluvial gravel. Harvesting is carried out by hand, and grapes are transported in crates. The wine matures in stainless steel without undergoing malolactic fermentation, then rests in bottle. Its straw-yellow colour accompanies an aromatic profile marked by sage and bell pepper, leading to a finish with a mineral character. At the table, it suits strongly flavoured pasta dishes, herb soups, grilled fish and white-meat preparations, offering several ways to explore its distinctive varietal expression.
