The Colli Tortonesi Timorasso “Fausto” from Vigne Marina Coppi is a white wine made entirely from Timorasso grapes grown on the Castellania hills (province of Alessandria). Fermentation and aging take place in steel followed by bottle ageing, with no malolactic fermentation. The wine is released under the Colli Tortonesi Timorasso DOC appellation.
