VikeVike's Ghirada Istevene 2021 is a Barbagia Rosso IGT from the Istevene single vineyard in Mamoiada (Nuoro). The wine is made by spontaneous fermentation with whole-cluster maceration for about 15 days and then aged 18 months in 500 L oak barrels; alcohol 14%. A single-variety Cannonau that highlights the granitic soils and high-altitude character of the site.
