The Collio Cabernet Sauvignon Défi de La Tour 2018 from Villa Russiz is a single‑varietal Cabernet Sauvignon produced in the Collio DOC around Capriva del Friuli. It is aged in oak and shows an intense ruby color with aromas of black fruit, spice and subtle toasted notes. On the palate it is structured with noticeable tannins and good persistence, pairing well with red meat and robust dishes.
