Description

Villa Russiz’s Sauvignon Bleu is a limited-edition wine labelled Venezia Giulia IGT, made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc. It is aged about 10 months in French oak tonneaux and then rested in bottle. The nose shows yellow peach, mango, grapefruit, sage and elderflower, with subtle toasted notes of vanilla and hazelnut. On the palate it is structured, marked by a pronounced minerality and a long, complex finish.
