Villa Sparina 10 Anni is drawn from bottles of the Monterotondo cru kept for extended ageing in the estate’s historic cellars. Made from Cortese grown within the municipality of Gavi, it comes from old, favourably exposed vines whose grapes are processed separately. Ten years in bottle develop a mature expression while preserving freshness. The producer describes dried fruit and spice, followed by suggestions of anise and mint on the palate.
