Description

Marlet is Villa Vitas’s white wine combining Sauvignon Blanc and Ribolla Gialla. It comes from the family estate at Strassoldo in Friuli Venezia Giulia and is distinguished by maturation in wood, accompanying the blend of the two varieties. The colour is deep golden yellow, while the nose offers hints of custard and candied fruit. On the palate, the wine has an enveloping texture with nuances of vanilla, butter and marzipan. Its structure makes it suitable for risottos, roast fish and meat dishes, as well as cheeses with medium or extended maturation.
