Description

Bokè is Villa’s Franciacorta Rosé Brut, made exclusively from Pinot Noir. The first fermentation takes place in stainless steel, followed by thirty-six months of ageing on the lees. Its pink colour shows coppery highlights, accompanied by lively bubbles. The profile combines aromatic intensity, persistence and an enveloping structure supported by freshness. Intended for the table as well as the aperitif, it can accompany flavourful dishes and smoked salmon. This is the estate’s Brut interpretation of rosé, with Pinot Noir at the centre of both the blend and its expression on the palate.
