Description

Vilmart & Cie’s Cuvée Rubis is a Premier Cru Brut Rosé Champagne blended predominantly from Pinot Noir (about 90%, including roughly 15% still red wine) and around 10% Chardonnay. It shows a pale salmon-pink color with floral and red-fruit aromas, supported by fresh acidity and a mineral finish. The cuvée is released as a non-vintage blend, using reserve wines to maintain the house style.
