Description
Chloé is a cuvée from Vincent Couche made in the Côte des Bar, presented as a zero-dosage Champagne (Brut Nature). It is produced from a solera blending multiple harvests (2011–2018) and the stated blend is approximately 65% Pinot Noir and 35% Chardonnay; part of the vinification is carried out in oak barrels. The wine is made without added sulfur and is unfiltered; tirage is recorded in 2020.
