Description

Vincent Dancer’s Bourgogne Chardonnay brings together two small vineyards in the communes of Meursault and Puligny-Montrachet. Planted at different times, the parcels share clay-limestone soils and form a regional cuvée with clearly defined Côte de Beaune roots. Fermentation is spontaneous, and the wine rests in previously used barrels without lees stirring before a spell in stainless steel. This approach keeps the vineyard central and limits intervention in the cellar. It offers an introduction to the domaine’s work through two complementary origins of the same grape variety.
