Vincent Dancer’s Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru “La Romanée” is a white wine made from Chardonnay grown in the La Romanée climat of Chassagne-Montrachet; the small domaine follows organic viticulture and matures its wines in oak. On the palate it typically displays a concentrated, mineral-driven style with citrus and stony notes, traits commonly found in Chassagne-Montrachet premier crus.
