Vincent Dancer’s Meursault Premier Cru Les Perrières comes from a small holding in the northern section of Perrières-Dessous. The vines, largely planted in the 1960s and 1970s, neighbour those of Lafon and Roulot. Its origin is tightly defined: just under three-tenths of a hectare devoted to one of the central white wines in the domaine’s range. The importer highlights a recurring combination of power and precision. It belongs to the family’s work in Chassagne-Montrachet, where barrel maturation and bottling without fining or filtration accompany the vineyard heritage.
