Description

Vincent Dancer’s Les Pézerolles comes from a small parcel above Les Petits Épenots and Clos des Épeneaux, among the higher Premier Cru positions in Pommard. The Pinot Noir vines date from the late 1970s and grow on clay-limestone soils. The climat is known for a particularly fine interpretation of the village, a quality the importer also recognises in the domaine’s work. Vinification with destemmed grapes and maturation in previously used oak accompany the character of the site, allowing this distinct part of the hillside to express itself.
